This video was made to help gain funding for and to spread the word about the Centro Arte para la Paz (Center for Peace through the Arts). The art center is found in Suchitoto, El Salvador, a beautiful town which also happens to be a major base during the country’s recent 12-year civil war. Sister Peggy O’Neil, the organization’s founder, is intent upon teaching the people of her town and her country that there is hope for peace.
